[FEAT]: Add a way to overwrite certificates post-install from UI

What happened?

The window for inserting your certificate does not show after "I have my own certificate" in /cosmos-ui/config-general.

What should have happened?

Should show a window to insert your certificate

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Go to '/cosmos-ui/config-general'
2. Click on 'I have my own certificate'
3. See window?

changed to feat, it's not a bug I just didnt add an input for it because the data is not actually coming in (you can't download the cert after it is set)
