Create a visual tool for babl-events

Stream visualizer
Simple static webserver
Show in feed stream all events in real time happening in one cluster, using SSE
preserving scrolling for historical view
Events can be created dynamically so add them to list on received...
Stateless
Deploy module on sandbox for testing purposes
browser's frontend listen to SSE stream of Babl events and visualize them
New events at the bottom of the list, not top—as we talked about it.
