Preview the docs submitted in PR #93

It would be great to be able to preview the docs after changes in PR. I think it is worth adding this step in GitHub actions. It would help the contributors a lot to preview that their changes actually work.

I think that .editorconfig specification repo can serve as a good example: editorconfig/specification#67
