Fatal error when disabling Registration

After you've created a registration type, and added a registration reference field to a node, deleting the field and disabling and uninstalling Registration gets:

Error: Call to undefined function entity_load_multiple_by_name() in registration_get_types() (line 2123 of /Users/XXX/Sites/localhost/bdtesting/modules/registration/registration.module).

Addendum: this happens if you have disabled (but not uninstalled) entity plus in the process, and then proceed to uninstall Registration.

That raises an interesting conundrum about dependencies, doesn't it?
