Brand update for 2023?

There's been a lot of discussion in the Forum recently about the Backdrop brand. It's been nearly a decade since we started this project and it might be worth revisiting our brand for a lite refresh.

I am not calling this a "rebraand" because, IMHO, I can't recall a rebrand that ended up with a stronger Brand than it had beforehand. That said, it would be worthwhile to evaluate what made backdrop Backdrop back then, and if it's the same today as it was then, verify that our current aesthetic still properly communicates those things in the current era.

I've contacted @dariusgarza to see if he's interested in helping with the Brand refresh (since he helped shape our original Brand and understands the history), and I think we should also form a "Brand committee" of people who can work with Darius.

For now, I'd like the committee to include myself, @irinaz, and @stpaultim if he is interested (and has time) but if anyone else would like to be a part of this process, please comment here!

Feedback from @yorkshire-pudding in the home page top area issue:

Should we expand CMS? For non technical users, CMS could be considered jargon.
Can we use the tagline "put your content centre stage", perhaps under the logo?
