Log in form's tab order is not correct

I don't know if this is intentional or not, but when using the log in form for any of at least the three sites I tested it on, the tab order is not correct.
To test, go to any of these three pages as an anonymous user:

• https://backdropcms.org/user/login
• https://events.backdropcms.org/user/login
• https://forum.backdropcms.org/user/login
  Put the focus in the Username or email textfield
  Press your tab key twice and notice the focus goes next to the Password textfield, then to the Show password link. It should go to the Show password link before the Password textfield.
