Dependencies update

This is somehow related to #273.

I can not run lint after I updated project dependencies to the newest version:

           Dependency path 'unspecified' --> 'androidx.test:rules:1.3.0'
           Constraint path 'unspecified' --> 'androidx.test:rules:{strictly 1.1.0}' because of the following reason: appDebugRuntimeClasspath

This is not urgent but would be critical at some point.
