"bfs_client rmr /" do not remove blocks completely #889

"bfs_client rmr /" do not remove blocks completely. When chunkserver try to write an existing block，it will run error and exit.

how do you get this error ? Can you provide the operations you have executed.
I use bfs_client put, and bfs_client rmr /, and it works ok.
