Only submit button is rendered though. This isn't expected behaviour.

Form shouldn't be rendered if all parent fields are deactivated / deleted to prevent situations when child fields are by accident activated and form renders only with submit button.

This will probably need #41 to be resolved first. count on form is counting also CSRF token and we need to be sure whether it is there or not.
