Option to notify user if a specified item is in the shop

I would find this to be a very useful feature, since I missed a few items because I didn't check the shop.
Combined with #10 the user could even be notified outside the game, however that may be outside the scope of this project.

This would be outside BakkesMod Injector scope. I see the potential for a plugin tho'. Great idea!
