Log is showing multiple crashes when downloading json files

Every single json file that the log shows the attempt to download is showing the following error:

[18:13:15] Incoming json: schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092013) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.
[18:13:15] Error parsing json!
[18:13:15] Requesting https://config.bakkesmod.com/static/startupconfig.json
[18:13:15] Result is faulty!

Not sure what it means, but in bakkesmod it means that it shows MMR functionality disabled.

I've done pretty much everything except formatting my computed, and at this point im stumped.

Update: I fully formatted my computer, with nothing kept, and it still happens.

Update: I had a chance to use a second internet connection from a different ISP, connected it once, it worked, and now back on the original internet connection it works all the time it seems.
