User would like to get live stream feed via public url

[rahul-thakoor] The current implementation of balenaCam has a client webpage that streams the video feed. It would make sense to allow the feed directly over the public url so it can be consumed directly in other applications. E.g Ant Media

The feed nedn't necessarily have to be consumed over the public URL - but some way to access the stream would be nice?

Hi there, actually my original problem here https://forums.balena.io/t/how-to-use-balenacam-with-usb-camera-device/203301/61?u=pkt_gkxim. We want to re-stream the video via Ant Media Server (https://github.com/ant-media/Ant-Media-Server/wiki/Re-streaming#restreaming-external-sources) so we can use recording/playback feature for the business requirement purpose.
