Description:
As of now the tests written are not getting executed in travis's windows build. This is blocked because the docker client could not be configured to travis's docker API.

Travis does not allow building linux containers by default. Cannot enable hyper-v because it requires a machine restart. Refer ballerina-platform/module-ballerina-docker#340
