Command line args seems to be not working for the generated container

When we pass the arg "test_passthrough". as the arg, we get,

docker: Error response from daemon: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:380: starting container process caused: exec: "test_passthrough": executable file not found in $PATH: unknown.
