Simple Installation (and/or development) in README.md or SETUP.md

I stumbled up on this just by chance today, and as a fellow curious Darter Pro user, would love to set this up, both for general use (why not), as well as maybe even a bit familiar with Go/Rust in the process. I'm more of a web developer than anything else, but I've heard phenomenal things about both languages and would love an excuse to get a bit more familiar with systems.

So, from looking at this repo and doing some quick googling (I'm still somewhat of a Linux noob even after a few years)... I don't exactly know how to install it. Are there any instructions you might be able to jot down? I'd be happy to create a merge request and add some of the documentation / notes you have in the repository as well.
