Hostagram is made up of 25% Instaloader, with the rest using Instagram APIs.
At first, Hostagram worked well, but over time, Instaloader started running into bugs. Instaloader didn’t have bugs before, so i figured it must be using outdated Instagram APIs
Anyway, I’ve been thinking about this for a long time, even before the critical bug appeared: Hostagram 2 will be completely rebuilt, with no dependency on Instaloader. I’m restarting Hostagram from scratch.
