So now since I use hugodown output format, for R things look great, even if it means users need to add custom CSS to their website (it's not that hard, and one only needs to do it once).

What bothers me a bit more is that I have no idea what would happen for other languages. I'll test it... one day (it seems less crucial than getting my course ready 🙂 )

It appears chunks in other languages just disappear, at least I think a YAML chunk is missing from @henrywangnl post
