pip install request library issue

Thee issue with the request module still persist when we try to install it using the command `pip install inapp-purchases` . It gives error 
`ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement request==1.0.2 (from inapp-purchases) (from versions: none)`
`ERROR: No matching distribution found for request==1.0.2 (from inapp-purchases)`
