Implement Upload Object from file functionality

Research the best "upload file" browser options for Ember.js (flash or html5?).
Implement the ability to upload a Riak object from a file, on the Edit Riak Object screen.

Especially relevant for binary (non-text-editable) riak objects. We have a 'view raw / download' functionality, but not the reverse.
