Ikea Color light dims and then returns to regular brightness

I have only Ikea lamps, most are white spectrum and some are color. The white spectrum ones work perfectly with AL but the color ones have a tendency to dim randomly and then in the next minute return to their regular brightness. Does anyone have any idea where this might come from?
