As documented in mfdz/GTFS-Issues#106, the DELFI GTFS is currently missing de:12073:900341058::1 ("Schmargendorf, Hemme Milch").

Because we reference the stop in location_groups.txt, and because the build script requires all its rows to have a matching row in the DELFI GTFS stops.txt, the build currently fails.
