Include a license with the course material

Hi Professor Caffo,

I think it is great that you have provided the lecture slides and code on github, allowing for easy access and also collaboration while going through your course. I believe it would be a good idea to include some kind of a license notice as well along with the course material on github. I think the course videos are also under creative commons license as well ? That might be suitable to include here as well.

Thanks for all of your edits. They are really great. I was thinking of a
creative commons license for the materials. I'll add that in a readme .
