Upload bits step missing boundary field in header

When I run the Upload Bits curl I don't get a response back. According to the documentation(https://apidocs.cloudfoundry.org/228/apps/uploads_the_bits_for_an_app.html) you must pass in a boundary field to this header:
Content-Type: multipart/form-data; boundary=AaB03x.
