enable running workflow on CCR branch #26

merge latest changes from main into ccr branch
edit workflow file to use ccr branch

For file name conflicts:

just note that existing outputs (of same date) will be overwritten and do not allow concurrent workflow execution?
different name for output file?
write to a different bucket?
