Current value of WHSE_BASEMAPPING.TRANSPORT_LINE is just for convenience in the internal processing because that was the layer name in the ftp version.

The equivalent BCGW layer is WHSE_BASEMAPPING.DRA_DGTL_ROAD_ATLAS_MPAR_SP and source should be noted as such (as it already is in metadata.
