As a Farmer/consultant I want validation on fertigation details So That I know * if I missed or did not input proper values*

Additional Context

Ensuring ones that aren't drop downs have valid inputs
Drop downs need to have a value selected
Numerical inputs must have a number
dependent on Apply Calculations to Modal for liquid fertigation #658

Acceptance Criteria

Given I pressed calculate, When I have improperly filled in a field, Then the calculation does not happen and I am notified what the issue is with red text
Given I pressed calculate, When I have properly filled in all the fields, Then the calculation proceeds as normal
