populate the repository with the various secrets required for it to initiate a deployment to openshift
create a gha that will:
- do the version tagging
- after image is built, actually deploy it
figure out how to handle different envs ie: dev vs prod
- one idea is to have a dev build script that doesn't necessarily do anything
- request a dev object storage space.
- use a directory for dev work in obj storage
