Develop Base Visualization Library

Develop a basic Visualization library implementation.

Inputs:

• Analog Input Voltages relating to the Audio Signal
• Pattern Input
• Brightness Input
• Other Inputs ?
• Basic Feedback loop - we don't want random colors, we want it to follow a pattern scheme.

Outputs:

• Output will be a structure representing ((R, G, B), brightness)
