Add Step4ward under a new cathegory at the Home page

Background

Step4ward is legally and financially hosted by BCN ENG non-profit.
Even when we are already listed as a project of their open collective account https://opencollective.com/bcneng/projects/step4ward, we still need some information on the BCN ENG home page.

Proposal

1. Create a new listing category similar to "Sponsors" called: "Projects"
2. Add Description:

List of projects hosted by BCN Engineering and managed by community members.

3. Add the Step4ward logo
4. Link Logo to Step4ward website: https://step4ward.es/

Summary: Having done the general purpose, along the way I have encountered:

1. One of the templates prevented correct local deployment because the indicated template is no longer supported in newer versions of HUGO.

ErrorCode: html/template:partials/head.html:47:13: no such template "_internal/google_news.html

Solution: line commented out and no longer fails.

2. The pagination syntax in the config.toml file has been deprecated in the latest version of HUGO, it has been replaced by the new syntax.
3. There is a new directrice about Google Analytics, must be createa a GA4 property and data stream and replaced the GA ID with it.

Changes Done and Opened a new issue with The Hugo Incident

I don't see the new issue. Maybe you opened it in your fork? It should go in this one.

I haven't opened it yet, I'm still writing the bug and how to fix it, it seems a bit more complex, because seems two PR needed: one from the Chunky-poster theme repo and another from the repo website because otherwise it will happen the same as in this one with netlify.
