Umlaut encoding in title

Issue description:
Umlauts in the title seem to result in an Upload error as per #47

Could it be that a video stoped uploading at 99,99% when the next video in queue is a video with umlaut? or is it another bug? happend this night, but i cant remember at what point in this log file:
