Dutch number formatting goed wrong

Describe the bug

When using a dutch number formatting, decimals seperator is removed on initial valyes

Steps to reproduce

See codepen, the initial value fails.
Typing this yourself does work, except when using some reactive framework the initial value is sometimes set again while typing.

Yes, it's a known issue. There is a note about it in the docs:

Unfortunately, don’t know how to fix it at the moment. For reference issue #249
