Support search/filtering of statements/edges by numeric annotations (e.g., p-values, cohort sizes). Develop a BEP (BEL Enhancement Proposal) to get community approval. What other annotation types should we develop?

We will need to update the nanopub JSONschema to add annotation formats (namespace, key:numeric_value, ...)
