Need add english docs (Usage and API) for modules:

I think we should write documentation in English only.

Why?

Documentation for multiple languages is more difficult to maintain.

How about with Russian users?

The main part of the documentation is API so it is not difficult to understand.

Documentation of given packages is terse and maintaining of russian version is excess
