On local dev build, the list of posts in reverse time order shows well with the pagination.
But on production build which is deployed on Github Page the list doesn't show up.
Does anyone know this issue?

GitHub Pages does not support paginate-v2.
You can solve this problem by using jekyll-paginate).
However, you may not be able to use many features supported by paginate-v2. Assuming you only use the features provided by the blog, you cannot do ordering. Therefore, the previous page URL may not work as you want.
But you will still be able to use the pagination feature.
