Data is not being accurately sent from watch to phone

I have a motog60 phone and a q explorist hr fossil watch which runs on wear os 2. I cloned the repo and made small changes to install the app on the phone and watch. But I notice there is a difference in values displayed on phone and watch. I feel they are both running independently instead of the app on phone taking data from the app on watch. Please suggest what to do

You have randomised data on botht the phone and watch instead of actually reading from sensor
