Describe the bug
No connection over proxy in cfon mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
start command-line with, for instance:
warp-plus -vv --scan --cfon --country SE
get the console message that connection is established with country SE

Expected behavior
should work over proxy 127.0.0.1:8086
but browser shows the connection errors with any site to choose

Desktop (please complete the following information):
Windows 10 Pro

Additional context
No problems in warp and gool mode
