Add pytest-cookies once fix has been updated

Currently pytest-cookies is failing and a fix needs to be added for it to work again. I have forked pytest-cookies and fixed the issue for the time being removing pytest-cookies from the intsall.txt file. Once the fix has been completed on pytest-cookies revert back to using it in the dependencies file.

I have linked the issue from pytest-cookies. Once it has been completed revert back to using pytest-cookies in the requirements.txt file.
