Custom Tooltips in WPF are lost when chart is unloaded

I am not sure if I am missing something but when using the instructions, to do a custom tool tip, it works. However, say I have tabs, and the chart is in one then I go away, the tool tip is unloaded, when I navigate back the custom tool tip is not reloaded the default is loaded. I don't see any way to prevent this. Any suggestions?

Mm this looks like a bug introduced in the latest version

Currently the library unload mehtod set the tooltip and legend field to null, the load mehtod doesn't restore them.
One possible workaround it to set the tooltip and legend back to your custom value in Loaded event

There is #1800 and #1782 to track this issue, it is already fixed, will be included in the next version of the library.
