Searching a cell line (e.g BT12) then searching the compound list (rapamycin) returns internal server error

I have the same issue. When I submit the query, e.g. HPAC cell line and want to download the CSV file of AAC, it shows the above error.

@gosuzombie,

I am not able to replicate your isssue. When I search for ''BT12 + Rapamycin" I get this page: https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/search?q=BT12+Rapamycin.

If you can clarify further what your error is, perhaps including screen a screen shot of your query we can likely help further.

I also recommend all new users review the documentation if they are having trouble finding what they need: https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/docs.

Best,
Chris

How about my issue @ChristopherEeles
When I enter the cell line name, it goes to the page but in the related page, I cannot download the CSV file of AAC. It shows the above error.

Hello @Pedramto89,

I am able to replicate your error for the HPAC page. We will look into what is causing the issue. In the mean time, it looks like you can get AAC values for Cell-line:Drug pairs if you have a few drugs of interest.

For example, the query 'HPAC Docetaxel' returns this page: https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/search?q=HPAC+Docetaxel where you could download AAC.

We will keep you updated as we try to resolve the issue.

Best,
Chris
