support for TRACKPixx3 

got test data from a colleague, uploaded in our osf repo. However, the eye tracker doesn't output any metadata but metadata is recorded manually by researchers...so there's very little besides the samples that we could extract automatically. They also don't keep any information on calibration stuff.
