Updates sdk to v0.0.70
Replaces the random pick user modal by a generic sidekick panel.
Adds pt-BR and en locales.
Styles panel using styled components lib. Turns the list of previously picked users into a scrollable list.
Moderators are shown as square and viewers as circle. Fix a problem where the specific colors were not applied. Review spacing between elements in modal.

What does this PR do?
This PR has several changes ot better fit this plugin in the new UI of 3.1:
Took the oportunity to also apply changes requested in #13 and #26
