mpeg4 seek后解码失败没有画面 #5531

只有在特定的芯片上面会出现mpeg seek会dequeueOutputBuffer返回-1，正常播放是没问题的，喂数据和时间戳都没问题。

已经解决了，真是奇怪的BUG

就是在部分硬件上面播放mpeg，seek后，MediaCodec解码就返回-1了。

在mtk上面可能是会有，可以在seek前�flush 一下
