Objective report for KPIs in multiple departments

I've an objective X and with this objective I've three KPIs each one belong to a different department. Tow of the departments has a superior department with a manager for this department. There is no way currently for the manager of the superior department to have a report of the objective on the level of his two department.

I think this requirement need modify code for report department select to effective.
