i have unbuntu os
eclipse Version: 2.2.400.v20181206-0815
Tomcat 8.5
when i run tomcat and access url css not loaded and in console showing
Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://localhost:8080/core-web//jqplot/jquery.jqplot.css".
index.action:100 Resource interpreted as Stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://localhost:8080/core-web//OrgChart/jquery.orgchart.css".

Please try change tomcat version to 8.0.53 ,
if use tomcat 8.5 series version cannot be newer than version 8.5.35
and after change tomcat version, first need clear browser history cache data.

And bambooBSC 0.7.4 version is old, change 0.7.6
