서버를 내렸다가 올리는 과정에서, 서비스를 사용중이던 유저가 불편함을 겪지 않도록 Graceful Shutdown을 도입하자.

거창한 방식으로 넣는건 아니고, Spring yml파일과 Docker compose yml 파일에 설정함으로써 간단하게 적용해보자.
