Cover.jpg not provided when using "Download All" button #136

Describe the bug
When the "Download covers separately" option is enabled and you use the "Download All" button to download an entire album, the cover.jpg file is not provided for download. When downloading tracks individually, the cover.jpg file is provided.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- In the Settings menu, ensure the "Download covers separately" option is enabled.
- Find an album on Squid and click into it.
- Click the "Download All" button.
- Each individual track will download via your browser, but the cover.jpg will not download following the tracks.
- Download an individual track, and the cover.jpg will download following the individual track.
Expected behavior
The cover.jpg file is presented for download after the tracks.
