We had some request to create Dicom series from 4D NIfTI images, we should implement that.

Ensure that images imported are 3D and SCALAR

Until #27 (Support 4D NIfTI Images) is fixed, importing images that are not
3D scalar is explicitly disabled, since it will cause a crash.

Unfortunately nobody has been actively working on nifti2dicom in the last few years, therefore I'd say that the main requirement is someone willing to work on that...
