Collections - Collections reload all addresses without filtering hidden addresses to refresh later

Observed result:

• Collection is reloading all addresses without priority. So that all hidden addresses take all resources to reload Collections and all unhidden addresses cannot load their tokens immediately.
• If the hidden addresses have so many tokens, the Collection will take much time to show although it is loading for hidden addresses.

Expected result: Collections should reload with unhidden addresses first then reload hidden later.
