Imagick doesn't support stream wrappers #1

Right now, since imagick doesn't support stream wrappers, we ignore WordPress tests regarding PDFs and we do the same with FTPStorage related tests.

If https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42663 will not be merged into upstream, we'll need to implement a custom image editor, based on Imagick, but with the patch applied.
