Power measurement of demo rig

I added a smart plug to the demo rig to measure power. It only shows the current power usage (with a pretty low frequency), so I manually checked the power usage at certains steps of a HITL test.

• After booting, power shoots up to ~175 W
• After entering full-disk-encryption password power stays at ~192 W
• Reran fullMeshHwCcTest, max power of 240 W while downloading cache
• Power during actual HITL test 200-224 W

Although we can do more precise measurements, we'll postpone that until we have a clearer idea of the components of a Bittide Box.
